Issues logging in with passkey on iOS / MacOS

I’m a new user who created an account last week on my iPhone (iOS 18.3.2) using a passkey through the iOS app. I was able to use the app and start tracking time. I also logged into the website on my Mac (MacOS 15.3.2) to setup clients and projects. All worked fine. After a day or two the iOS app logged me out and I am unable to login with the passkey.

Attempting to login into the app using the passkey fails each time with the same screen:

I’m unable to login to the app using the passkey on the Mac above, and an iPad (iPadOS 17.7.5) as well. All three devices can login to the website with the same passkey. It looks like something specific to the app / passkey login journey.

Any suggestions? Any other users able to use passkeys and the apps?

Heya! Can you check on what version of iOS app you currently have installed?

The app versions are:

  • iOS - 6.10.2
  • iPadOS - 6.10.2
  • MacOS - 10.9.0

I updated the iOS app to 6.11.0 and the same result.
