Editing: It does seem to move, but only horizontally, across the top of the screen.
As of this morning, my mini timer won’t move away from the top right corner, covering other tabs and my browser minimize/close buttons. I’ve tried reinstalling the app (Windows), restarting the computer, but nothing works. I can hide it, of course, but not the point. Any ideas?
Thanks for bringing this to our attention! Another user reported the same behavior with the mini timer, and here’s what helped them:
The only thing that worked for me was to start aggressively dragging it down or sideways with the mouse, and then it could be unstuck. The key here is “aggressively”, since to a normal mouse movement, the stuck mini timer responds with gliding along the edge of the screen. Now, I’m just trying to avoid putting it close to the edge of the screen to prevent it from getting stuck again.
Can you please confirm if the same works for you while we work on the issue?
YES!! After “grabbing” it with my mouse and then moving my mouse wildly around for a bit, it finally came loose from the top of my screen. When I inadvertently let it get too close to the side, it got stuck there and only wanted to move vertically, but more aggressive mouse movements finally freed it. Phew.
