Since just this week, my devices are not syncing between each other (phone & pc).
Phone works fine, pc works fine but neither can see the others input.

Hello! Do you happen to see any small red icons next to entries in the phone app? If you tap on one of these entries, does any error message appear?
No red icons, everything says it’s synced. Ive logged out & back in.
Incredibly frustrating & no direct support access is even more frustrating. Give me a reason to continue paying you!
Stand down, I’ve fixed it, PC end was not syncing. I tried to log out & it said I would lose all my entries & should ‘try to sync’, which I did, which worked. This is despite me endlessly hitting the ‘Sync’ button dozens of times over the last 48 hours.

As a quick side-note: you do have “direct support access”
Paid Toggl users have support within the Toggl webapp by clicking on the question mark icon in the sidebar and choosing “Chat with Support”.

Ah I see, when using a browser, I can use the question mark button & select ‘go to community’ (chat with support doesn’t initially appear). After selecting ‘community’, I then get an option to ‘Chat with support’ to contact you. As a client who almost never uses a browser, I don’t find this useful. In the past you used to have a feedback button in the app & it worked very well. Please bring that back.
