I have Toggl Plan integrated but can’t track the time spent on tasks. When I click the timer button, it says, “Track Sync: unauthorized to perform this action,” but I’m the main user and both apps are integrated. Does anyone know how to fix this?

The first thing to check is whether you are trying to sync Tasks from Plan to Track, as that is a paid feature in Track (Tasks) and if you are on a free plan in Track, you will see this error. Please let us know once you’ve checked this.
