Some projects have a fixed fee schedule but the amount per month and date may vary (regardless of the hours worked). This is often true in projects where payment is by product. Track and Focus do not seem to allow for this kind of fixed fee (against which you would count the hours worked and their desired hourly rate). It would be good fro Track and Focus to include this functionality.

Currently, Toggl Track doesn’t have a built-in feature for setting variable fixed fees that change by month or date. The platform is primarily designed around hourly rate billing.
As a workaround, you could track your time normally in Toggl Track and then manually manage the fee schedule outside of the system. You might use your reports to see total hours tracked per project per month, and then apply your varying fee schedule in your invoicing or accounting system.
