The calendar view’s main job is to set up and manage your daily tasks.
The tasks you created in Tasks view will appear in the task list on the right. Pinned ones will be on top, the rest down below.
To plan your time you need to create time blocks
- Each task can have multiple time blocks
- If you’re Batman, you can create a task

- Drag and drop tasks from the task list to the calendar
- adjust the length of the tasks as needed

- Drag on the calendar to create the time block
- Once the task modal opens you can type the name of the task you already have — it should automcomplete

- Add a project to your time block to colour code your calendar, this helps to gain a better overview of what you need to take up
- To create a project, click on the Project tab on the right side of the task modal
- You can either choose an existing project or create a new one
- Or tap

If the sidebar list gets too long, you can filter them via priority (to show only tasks with High priority), via project or by checking if task is already scheduled or not.
