My Outlook appointments are displayed in the Toggl workspace, but I want the reverse: I want my projects to be entered into the Outlook calendar as appointments. Can this be configured? Without this feature, Toggl is useless to me.

Thank you for the information, but I need the Outlook (Exchange) calendar as another software works with these entries. This means I will need to look for an alternative tool for now.

You should be able to do the same in Outlook web application calendar, just choose to add a new calendar and then choose to “subscribe from web”, then use the iCal feed URL there and your time entries will show up as events in your Outlook calendar :slight_smile: [Screenshot 2024-12-12 at 16.38.51…

Hi Veljiko, With this, I can subscribe to the Toggl calendar in the Outlook web client, it would also work in the desktop client, but that’s not what I need. What I need is for Toggl to write the events into my main Exchange calendar.
