I am an Organization Admin on Toggl for my team, and we’ve encountered an issue with one of our users who is trying to add a time entry. The entry is showing up as “Restricted,” and the user is unable to delete or move it. On the backend, I can delete the time entry under Reports, but I would like to understand how to resolve this issue on the user’s end. The project they are assigning the task to is still active, and the entries are not locked. Also, some team members are reporting issues with having to refresh a lot to save a time entry

Thanks for reaching out! Before we dive deeper into troubleshooting, could you please verify the following settings in your profile:
- Set Required Fields for New Time Entries:
- Under the General tab in your profile settings, check that there are no required field restrictions that could be causing the “restricted” message for your time entry.
- Lock Time Entries:
- In the same General tab, make sure the Lock Time Entries setting is not enabled. If it’s on, this could be preventing time entries from being added or modified.

Thank you, I checked everything that you recommended. We currently do have lock entries set however it’s for last month. Our staff is still being shown the “restricted” error when adding time entries, specifically when dragging and dropping time entries.
