Timer keeps running even after I switch it off When I finish work, I make sure I stop the timer, but sometimes I get an e-mail hours later telling me that my timer is still running. Does anyone know what’s causing this and how to prevent it? Thanks!

Hi Marie! When you stop a timer at the end of your day, can you refresh your browser and make sure that it shows as stopped? Let us know!

Hi! Not sure I received any other message than this. Anyway, a few days ago my Toggl was running overnight even though I stopped it in the evening; but I don’t remember if I refreshed the page before that or not. I attach a screenshot if that is of any help. Thanks, M. ▶ (attachments)

Hi Marie! I’d recommend the “refresh trick” to see if that makes a difference, as it may be that the browser doesn’t fully send word to our servers that an entry has been stopped.
