When I click the link, it takes me to my profile, but there isn’t a timer running. I don’t see an active timer.

If you use multiple devices (desktop app, mobile, or web), a timer can sometimes get stuck running on one device if it loses connection and doesn’t sync the stop action. Could that be what happened here?
If so, check each device to see if the timer is still active somewhere, and you can manually stop it and adjust the time if needed.
