If the Start Timer button is missing from Trello in your browser, here are a few things you can try:

First, make sure the Toggl Track browser extension is properly enabled in Chrome. Go to your Chrome extensions settings and verify that the Toggl Track extension is turned on and has permission to run on Trello.

You can also try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then reloading the Trello page. Sometimes cached data can interfere with how the extension displays.

If the button still isn’t appearing after these steps, try completely uninstalling the extension from Chrome, then reinstalling it fresh. This goes a bit further than just reinstalling, as it clears any stored extension data.

Make sure you’re logged into Toggl in the browser extension as well - if your session expired, the button may not appear. You can click the extension icon and check if you’re still authenticated.

These steps should help get the Start Timer button working again on your Trello cards. If none of these resolve it, there may be a temporary compatibility issue between the extension and Trello that could need further investigation.

I have this issue the last few days and this didn’t resolve it. Strangely the button is on each checklist item but not on the main card to track the whole task so it appears the integration is active just not displaying on the interface.

Hey there :waving_hand:

I’ve heard from the team, and the reason it’s not displaying is due to Trello changing their UI.

Our team is aware of the issue and is looking to fix this as soon as they can.

Unfortunately, we don’t have an ETA for this, and want to thank you for your patience in the meantime :folded_hands:
