Why I'm not able to add other members to the project while they're already in the team?

Hi there, I can’t add team members to the project even though I’m on the Starter plan, which has unlimited users. I’m getting a message that I’ve exceeded the 15-user limit and need to update. What’s going on?

I’ve even changed the browser. Still getting the same message :frowning:

Heya Damian: can you try a hard refresh of your browser? CTRL+F5 on Windows and CMND+SHIFT+R on Mac
