Toggl track android app keeps telling me that “your session has expired.”
I used to work with toggl track app for more than 1 or 2 months I guess, but it’s been some days it’s showing me this error. Could someone help me please?
Is there any chance Toggl track is banning users from certain countries? But I didn’t find anything related to that in terms of service…
Hi @Hayeri Thank you for posting! We are not banning any countries. Depending on your location, some countries have restrictions on the apps that can be used; in these cases, a VPN can help.
With that said, if this is not the case, does it help to reset your API token on the Profile page in the web app? You can do that from there: Toggl Track
Please note that this will log you out of any device you use Toggl with and require you to set up any running integrations again.
I talked with a member of Toggl track support team, Nida, via Email. She helped me a lot, and I figured out the problem.
The problem is that google is your hosting provider, and it does not provide some functionalities in some certain countries, unfortunately, including mine.
I was using Toggl tack for 1 or 2 months, it seems that google recently decided to add more restrictions, which is not surprising for me.
