My Time is a single, streamlined place for planning and tracking your day.
Choose your view
- Logged: all your logged time entries
- Scheduled: synced calendar events and scheduled tasks
- Both: side by side comparison of what you’ve planned and what you’ve logged
To log time, either start a timer or log from your planned tasks and events.
All your tasks will appear in the task list on the right. Pinned ones will be on top, the rest down below.
To plan your time, create time blocks
- Each task can have multiple time blocks
- If you’re Batman, you can create a task
Patrolling Gothamonce, and drag it into the calendar as many times as necessary. - If you need to duplicate a time block, hold
option(altfor Windows) and drag a time block
- If you’re Batman, you can create a task
- Drag and drop tasks from the task list to the calendar
- adjust the length of the tasks as needed
- if you have estimates set up, they should assume the length of task estimate as long as the estimate is 4 hours or less
- Drag on the calendar to create the time block
- Once the task modal opens you can type the name of the task you already have — it should automcomplete
- … or you can set up a new task completely
- Add a project to your time block to colour code your calendar, this helps to gain a better overview of what you need to take up
- To create a project, click on the Project tab on the right side of the task modal
- You can either choose an existing project or create a new one
- Or tap
+as you’re done typing the task title

If the sidebar list gets too long, you can filter them via priority (to show only tasks with High priority), via project or by checking if task is already scheduled or not.
