Logging In
Once Toggl Focus is set as your team’s default planning tool, you will be redirected to your Toggl Focus workspace.
- To log in, go to focus.toggl.com or log in to Toggl Plan as you normally would and wait to be redirected.
- Use your Toggl Plan credentials.
- If you hit an access issue: log out of Toggl Plan, log back in, then return to Toggl Focus.

- Group by people, projects and tags.
- Filter on team members, project, status, priority, and tags.
- Understand capacity and see milestones.
- Create tasks with name, project, priority, estimate, deadline, add subtasks.
- Schedule tasks in My Time view.
- Set recurring tasks (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Drag tasks into the calendar to create time blocks.

- Start/stop a timer on any task.
- Start a timer that counts up or down, or use the Pomodoro technique.
- Enter Focus mode.
Automated tracking
- Turn Auto-track on in Settings.
- Mark a scheduled block Done → logs time automatically.
- Mark whole day Done → logs planned time.
