Timer unavailable

The timer option is grayed out. I can’t click on it. I can only add a period of time. This has happened before. I’ve deleted my cookies and cache, reset permissions, and done everything I can think of. How do I fix this?

If your timer option is grayed out and you can only add time manually, this might be related to your account or workspace settings. Here are a few things to try:

  1. Log out completely and log back in to refresh your session.

  2. Try accessing Toggl Track from a different browser to see if the issue persists.

  3. Check if you’re in Manual Mode. If Manual Mode is enabled on your workspace, the timer may be restricted. You can switch back to timer mode in your workspace settings if needed.

  4. If you’re using a workspace with specific permissions or restrictions, verify that your user role has access to the timer feature.
