• Is there any way so that multi-week tasks will show as a solid bar across weekends, rather than being broken up into multiple bars for each week? It makes it very difficult to distinguish a multi-week task from a single week task, or to arrange the calendar to remove whitespace (since it’s hard to predict how tasks will organize when I move a multi-week task around).

@bslattery If you hide weekends from the timeline view, then multiday/multiweek tasks can be displayed across weeks without a visual interruption.

Thanks– however I do have tasks on Saturdays and Sundays, so hiding weekends wouldn’t work. Unless there’s a way to set Sat/Sun as workdays as well?

Hello, I’m a long time Toggl Track user and love the product. I’m exploring Toggl Focus for task management and have a couple items of feedback.

Bug:

I tried adding subtasks to a task and they’re not showing anywhere. I get a message the subtask was added to the inbox, but it doesn’t add to the subtask list and it doesn’t show in the task list.

Feature Requests:

1. Either sync to Toggl Task so I can use both products or even better add timesheet and detail views to My Time in Toggl Focus so I can use one product for both my needs.
2. Someone else mentioned the Desktop app with the idle notification, this is a must have for me.

Thanks for the reply/tag Rumi, super helpful for me to notice the update. I’ve noticed that date isn’t exported by default, I need that info for time tracking. Did I miss it somehow or just not yet implemented? (I asked the same q on the thread that announces this feature). Once date is available in csv export, I can switch from track to focus!

Hi @ahorton, do you see this icon next to your task? This is how subtasks show up in the Task list. Please send a screenshot/recording if you don’t see them, this would help us work out the issue!

Hey @websy, indeed the current version picks up the columns of the Summary report. Could you share what dates you’d like included, specifically? I’ll share your feedback with our product team.

Ah, I see the summary report does not breakdown of which day the task was done and that’s why it’s not exported to csv. I currently export the detailed report from Toggl Track that has the date for the task and was hoping for the same in Focus.
